What a seat costs, and what still needs a conversation
Prices below are for a named person on a dated session. They are not subscriptions. Private groups, unusual symbol families, or extra written critiques are quoted after we have read your note.

Deposits and balance
A workshop seat is held with a £120 deposit. The remaining £360 is due fourteen days before the first morning. Chart reviews, labs, and clinics are payable in full when the date is agreed, unless we have written otherwise on the confirmation.
What can change a figure
A private workshop for a dealing desk or a club is priced by the day and by how many printed packs we must prepare — write with headcount and whether you can come to Penpont or need us to travel. Travel outside Powys is quoted separately and is not in the table. Extra written critiques beyond the one included with the workshop are £75 each.
What we will not invoice
There is no monthly retainer, no licence fee, and no charge for reading an enquiry. If we decline a booking because the work is outside swing planning — scalping tuition, signal copy, account management — we say so in the reply and do not send a bill.
Fees are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. See refunds and cancellation for deposits, no-shows, and work already started. To hold a date, write with the session and month.
