Refunds and cancellation

These rules apply to Vector Pulsehub training seats. They do not describe retail goods, software licences, or subscription access, because we do not sell those.

Eligibility

Refunds are available according to the timelines below when you cancel in writing to info@vector-pulsehub.digital before the session, or when we cancel a date and cannot offer a transfer you accept. They are not available because a trade taken after the session lost money, or because you disagreed with a weekly bias spoken in the room.

Workshop (two days)

The £120 deposit is refundable if you cancel more than twenty-one days before the first morning. Between twenty-one and fourteen days we may retain the deposit and refund any balance already paid. Inside fourteen days the seat is generally non-refundable because the pack is printed and the room is held, unless we fill the chair from a waiting list — in which case we refund what we recover, minus a £40 administration amount.

If you have paid the £360 balance and then cancel outside those windows, the same dates apply to the whole fee.

Chart review, markup lab, plan clinic

Cancel more than seven days before the start time for a full refund. Inside seven days we refund half, unless we re-book the hour, in which case we refund in full minus £20. Cancellations inside forty-eight hours, and no-shows, are not refunded. You may send a substitute person to a lab or clinic if you write before the start and the substitute meets any prior-workshop requirement.

Full, partial, and non-refundable amounts

A full refund returns fees paid for that booking. A partial refund is as stated above. Non-refundable items are: packs already printed once we are inside fourteen days of a workshop; lunch ordered for a named attendee inside seven days; and a follow-up critique already written and sent. We do not charge for unused overnight stays because we do not sell rooms.

Work already started

If a chart review or clinic has begun — including a session where you arrived late — the fee for that sitting is not refunded. If a two-day workshop has completed day one, we do not refund day two because you choose not to return, except where we cannot deliver day two (room failure, instructor illness). In that case we refund a proportion of the fee or offer the next intake without a new deposit, at your choice.

Rescheduling

You may ask once to move a chart review or clinic to a later date, at no extra fee, if you write at least seven days ahead and the new date is within three months. Workshop seats may be moved once to a later advertised intake if you write more than twenty-one days ahead; the deposit travels with you. Further moves are treated as a cancellation.

When we cancel

If we cancel because of instructor illness, a room we cannot replace, or a group below the minimum we need to run a lab, you may take a full refund or a transfer to the next date. We are not responsible for your train tickets or hotel beyond that refund or transfer.

Deposits and no-shows

Deposits hold a named workshop chair. They are not a separate product. A no-show on either workshop morning without notice forfeits the fee for the booking. Remote-seat no-shows are treated the same: the pack was reserved and the round of plan-reading was timed for eight voices.

How to request a refund

Write to info@vector-pulsehub.digital with your name, the session date, and whether you want a refund or a transfer. We confirm within five working days. Approved refunds are returned by the same method you paid (bank transfer or card), typically within ten working days of approval. We do not refund in cash at the door.

Conduct dismissals

If we ask you to leave under the terms page (harassment, refusal of room rules), the unused portion of the fee is not refunded. That is an exception, not a routine clause, and we will say in writing why it was used.

Exceptions that do not apply

We do not sell physical goods for delivery, gift cards, or recorded video libraries, so cooling-off rules for those models are not described here. Distance bookings for a dated service still follow the timelines above; if UK consumer law gives you a stronger right in a particular case, that right applies.
