Privacy notice

This notice explains how Vector Pulsehub uses personal information when you browse this site, send an enquiry, or attend training in swing trade planning.

Data controller

Vector Pulsehub is the data controller for personal information described here. Correspondence: info@vector-pulsehub.digital, 07026339342, 38 Fulford Road Penpont LD3 3XD United Kingdom.

What we collect

From an enquiry or booking we collect your name, email address, the session you asked about, any preferred date, and the message you write — which may include markets you follow and whether you can travel to Penpont. If you attend, we also keep a record of dates, fees, deposits, dietary notes you volunteer for lunch, and (for the workshop follow-up) the plan you send for critique.

We do not ask for broker login details, account numbers, or copies of passports as a condition of training. Do not send them. If a message includes extra financial detail we did not request, we store only what we need to answer you and delete the rest where we reasonably can.

If you accept analytics cookies, we may receive page-path and approximate region data from the analytics provider named on the cookies page. Essential cookies remember your cookie choice only.

Why we use it

We use enquiry data to reply, to offer dates, and to prepare printed packs. We use attendance records to run the session, to send the included follow-up critique, to issue invoices, and to handle refunds. Legal bases under UK GDPR are typically contract (for a booking) and legitimate interests (for answering a first enquiry and keeping a short record of what was taught). Where we rely on consent — for analytics cookies, or for an optional mailing of future lab dates — you may withdraw it without affecting a booking already made.

Retention

Unsuccessful enquiries that do not become bookings are kept for twelve months in case you write again, then deleted. Booking records, invoices, and refund correspondence are kept for six years to meet accounting and tax needs. Chart packs you send for a review are kept until the written note is sent, then deleted within ninety days unless you ask us to hold them for a booked follow-on session. Cookie consent is stored in your browser until you clear it.

Who we share with

We share what a payment provider or accountant must see to process a fee. The hired meeting room may receive a first name and headcount, not your email list. We do not sell contact lists. Meredith Vaughan and Callum Reeve both see student charts when they are teaching that session.

International transfers

Email and file storage may be provided by vendors that process data outside the United Kingdom. Where that happens we use a vendor that offers an appropriate safeguard recognised under UK data protection law, such as the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or UK International Data Transfer Agreement wording. You may ask us which vendors are in use for your booking.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of the personal data we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where the law allows, object to or restrict certain processing, and ask for portability of data you provided. You may withdraw cookie consent at any time by clearing the site’s stored choice or using browser controls. These rights are not absolute — for example we may keep invoices.

To exercise a right, write to info@vector-pulsehub.digital. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk). We would rather fix a problem directly if you contact us first.

Children

Sessions are aimed at adults who already trade their own money. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
