Acceptance
By sending an enquiry, paying a deposit, or attending a workshop, chart review, markup lab, or plan clinic, you accept these terms. If you are booking for someone else, you confirm they have read them. We may refuse or cancel a booking where the work requested is outside swing-trade planning tuition — including requests for signals, order placement, or management of an account.
The service
Vector Pulsehub provides in-person and live remote training in multi-timeframe analysis for swing trade planning. Sessions are educational. They are not investment advice, not a personal recommendation under UK financial promotion rules, and not an invitation to deal. You remain responsible for your own decisions, brokers, and risk.
Dates, venues near Penpont, and remote-seat arrangements are confirmed in writing. We may change a room within the same locality if the hired space becomes unavailable, and we will say so as soon as we know.
Your responsibilities
You will provide accurate contact details, arrive on time (or join the remote seat at the stated hour), and keep phones away during markup when asked. You will not record the session without written permission. Printed packs are for your study; they are not to be copied for resale or for a public course of your own.
Intellectual property
Workshop packs, the one-page plan sheet, journal articles on this site, and spoken teaching remain the intellectual property of Vector Pulsehub. You may keep your annotated copies and your own marked charts. You may not reproduce the pack as a product, run a public class from our sheets, or present the method as your published curriculum without a written licence. Your journal extracts and charts remain yours; we use them only to teach you, unless you agree otherwise in writing.
Fees
Fees are as stated on the fees page at the time of confirmation, unless a written quote says otherwise. Deposits, balances, and when payment is due are described there and in the refund page. Cards and bank transfers are accepted as invoiced; this site does not take payment itself.
Liability
Training cannot promise a trading result. Markets move, plans fail, and a well-written weekly bias can still lose money. To the fullest extent permitted by the law of England and Wales, we are not liable for trading losses, missed trades, or decisions you take after a session. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be limited by law. For other loss, our aggregate liability arising from a booking is limited to the fees you paid for that booking.
You should arrange your own travel and, where you stay overnight, your own accommodation. We list nearby B&Bs as a courtesy; we are not a party to those bookings.
Conduct
We may ask a person to leave a session, without a scene, if they harass others, refuse the room rules, or insist on live calling of the open against the teaching. Fees in that case are handled under the refund page.
Website
Content on vector-pulsehub.digital is provided for information about our training. It may be updated without notice. Third-party image sources remain credited by their own licences; we do not claim those photographs as our teaching materials.
Governing law
These terms, and any dispute or claim arising from them or from a Vector Pulsehub booking, are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief in another forum to protect intellectual property.
